With this ticket, you can visit the current basilica with its 4th-century mosaics, the stunning 9th-century frescoed crypt, the 4th-century mosaic-covered Teodoriana Nord hall (Crypt of the Excavations), the baptistery with the South Hall, the Domus and Bishop Palace, and the Titus Macers' House.

Reservations or changes to the number of participants must be sent at least 5 days before the date of the visit in order to receive confirmation or any changes to the request. The reservation is considered valid only after it has been processed and confirmed by the Basilica offices.
You can choose to pay on site at the time of the visit in cash or by electronic payment, or by bank transfer within 10 days prior to the visit. CLOSED ON MONDAY
Usually the Museum will be closed on Christmas and on the 1st of January, but there may be extraordinary openings decided by the Ministry. Please contact us if more information are required.
Starting December 5, 2025, museum admission prices will change for the exhibition "The Gods Return. The Bronzes of San Casciano":
Full price €14, reduced price €2. Free admission as required by ministerial regulations will remain in effect.

- For the italian teaching staff the entrance is free in every archaeological areas or museums of the State. They can also visit the temporary exhibitions, since the Ministry (Mibac) has joined that initiative, by using dedicated vouchers available on cartadeldocente.istruzione.it, active starting from the 30th November 2016 (vedi circolare n.77/2016 DG-Musei);
- Volunteers who collaborate with the Ministry through conventions;
- Inspectors and Honorary Conservatives of the Ministry;
- Carabinieri of the Command for the Protection of Cultural Heritage;
